Dear Backers,
Words cannot describe just how happy and thankful we are today. In just 60 days, we raised $885,608 with the help of this amazing community. The amount of support and encouragement has been amazing, and it has been inspiring to see 6,364 backers who believe in us and our product. Our plan now is to regroup and double our focus on finishing the design, ramping up the production, and covering the logistics for your Vinci 2.0 orders.
Here is what you can expect in the coming weeks.
1. Email survey asking for your color preference and your shipping details
Soon we will be sending an email to all our backers that asks for their color preference and their shipping details. Please look out for this email and provide your information accordingly and ACCURATELY.
Accurately cannot be stressed enough. One of the top reasons for order delays from our last campaign was incorrect/incomplete shipping information (wrong address, wrong street number, wrong floor/apartment number, zip code not provided, phone number not provided, etc.). Your shipping details must include:
Please make sure to provide your shipping information completely and accurately to avoid issues with shipment.
Also, if there is even a slight chance that you may be moving in the next 3 months please provide a shipping address/name/number that can receive your Vinci 2.0 order with no issues. Of course, we understand things happen in life and you may need to change your address after providing an initial address. But please understand that with 6,364 orders it will be extremely difficult to ensure delivery if shipping information is being revised frequently as all shipping information for all 6,364 backers will be shared with many parties throughout the process.
2. Product updates
We will have some very cool updates to share soon on the design and production progress of Vinci 2.0. Please stay tuned for our next updates!
3. Vinci 2.0 on Indiegogo InDemand
We have received many requests from people who either want to upgrade their pledge to Pro or Super, or who missed out on the Kickstarter campaign but still want to pre-order. Unfortunately, as the Kickstarter campaign has ended it will not be possible to upgrade your current pledges or pledge for a new package.
But don't worry, as we will soon be listing Vinci 2.0 on Indiegogo InDemand to take additional pre-orders. When the listing is live we will make sure to share the link with all of you.
